Berdasarkan keterangan resmi Sekretariat Negara, dana tersebut terdiri atas Rp40 miliar untuk Pemerintah Provinsi NTT dan masing-masing Rp20 miliar untuk delapan kabupaten terdampak di Pulau Flores. Delapan kabupaten itu adalah Manggarai Barat, Manggarai, Manggarai Timur, Ende, Ngada, Nagekeo, Sikka, dan Flores Timur.

Penyaluran untuk kebutuhan bencana

Bantuan tersebut dibahas saat Presiden memimpin rapat penanganan gempa di Posko Penanganan Gempa Bumi Batalyon Yonif TP 834/WM, Kabupaten Nagekeo, pada Rabu, 26 Agustus 2026. Presiden menegaskan agar dana digunakan secara tepat untuk membantu masyarakat terdampak dan mendukung penanganan bencana.

Kepala BNPB Letnan Jenderal Suharyanto memastikan bantuan Rp20 miliar untuk setiap kabupaten telah diterima pemerintah daerah. Pemerintah daerah diminta menggunakan dana tersebut khusus untuk kebutuhan penanganan bencana.

Penguatan logistik darurat

Selain bantuan langsung, Presiden juga menekankan pentingnya setiap provinsi dan kabupaten memiliki gudang serta cadangan makanan untuk menghadapi keadaan darurat. Penguatan cadangan logistik dinilai penting agar respons terhadap bencana dapat dilakukan lebih cepat dan terkoordinasi.

Gubernur NTT Emanuel Melkiades Laka Lena menyampaikan bahwa dukungan tersebut membantu pemerintah daerah memperkuat penanganan dan memberikan bantuan kepada para pengungsi.

The chipmaker reported $96.2 billion in quarterly revenue, setting a new company record and more than doubling its revenue compared with the same period a year earlier.

For the next quarter, Nvidia expects revenue of approximately $108 billion, which would push the company past the $100 billion quarterly revenue mark for the first time.

Data Center Remains Nvidia's Biggest Growth Engine

Much of Nvidia's growth continues to come from its Data Center business, which has benefited heavily from global investment in artificial intelligence.

The segment generated approximately $89 billion in revenue, representing an increase of 117% year over year.

The results highlight Nvidia's transformation from a company primarily associated with gaming graphics cards into one of the world's most important providers of AI computing infrastructure.

Technology companies, cloud providers, AI startups and research organizations continue to invest heavily in Nvidia's hardware to train and run increasingly powerful AI models.

Nvidia's Profit Continues to Climb

Nvidia's rapid revenue growth has also translated into significantly higher profits.

The company reported approximately $59.7 billion in net income, up 126% compared with the same period a year earlier.

The results demonstrate how strongly the global expansion of AI infrastructure continues to benefit Nvidia.

Nvidia Targets $108 Billion Next Quarter

Nvidia expects revenue of approximately $108 billion, plus or minus 2%, for its next fiscal quarter.

If the company reaches that target, Nvidia will join a relatively small group of technology giants that have generated more than $100 billion in revenue during a single quarter.

Companies including Amazon, Apple and Alphabet have previously crossed the milestone. Nvidia's rise is particularly notable because of how quickly its revenue has expanded alongside the global AI boom.

AI Is Transforming Nvidia's Business

Nvidia was once best known among consumers for its GeForce graphics cards and gaming technology. Today, its Data Center division has become the company's dominant source of revenue.

That shift has been fueled by growing demand for computing power needed for generative AI, large language models, AI agents and other emerging artificial intelligence applications.

With quarterly revenue now expected to surpass $100 billion, Nvidia is strengthening its position as one of the biggest beneficiaries of the global race to build AI infrastructure.
